For more than eight years, I have been supporting organizations in building and developing digital learning and training structures. What inspires me about this work is the combination of different disciplines and the opportunity to continuously explore new perspectives.

I strongly believe that digital learning formats are an essential complement to traditional in-person training. To be effective, learning objectives, resources, budgets and technology need to work together in a meaningful way. This is where I provide support — with an independent outside perspective, practical concepts and the goal of strengthening the capabilities of internal learning and development teams.
